Shipping policy

Shipping cost are automatically calculated by Australia Post during checkout. Prices will vary depending on product and shipping location. If you have any questions or concerns relating to shipping cost, please get in contact with us directly at sales@miyaepoch.com.au and we will assist where we can.

Whilst every effort is made to deliver parcels within an acceptable delivery time frame, we cannot guarantee delivery times as these can change for reasons which are beyond our control.

Tracking is provided with all orders and you will be emailed a tracking link when your order is dispatched.  Please contact us if your order is not received in a reasonable time frame for us to investigate directly with the freight company.

Miya Epoch Australia will not be liable for any loss, damage or costs incurred due to late delivery.

All orders will be processed within 2 business days – with the exception of back ordered items. If we are unable to meet this time frame we will contact you to provide details and options.

If we are unable to ship your order within 3 business days we will offer a refund in full or provide the option to wait for the goods to come into stock.

All orders must be paid for in full before your order is shipped.

Any orders received after 2pm Friday will likely be processed the following Monday morning.
